Refund Policy

At Adnua, we strive to provide our customers with the best quality products and services. If, for any reason, you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, our Refund & Cancellation Policy is designed to ensure a fair and transparent process.
1. Order CancellationOrders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.
Once the product is shipped/dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible.

Refunds may be provided in the following cases:
You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.
Your order was cancelled before dispatch.
The product was not delivered within the promised time frame (subject to courier delays).
Note: Refunds are not applicable for products damaged due to misuse, wrong handling, or if the issue is caused after delivery.

Items purchased during clearance or final sale
Once your request is approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
In case of COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, we may require your bank details/UPI ID to process the refund.
If a return is required, customers may need to ship the product back to us.
Return shipping costs will be borne by Adnua only in cases of damaged, defective, or wrong products. For all other returns, the customer will bear the shipping charges.
We may offer a replacement or exchange instead of a refund for eligible cases.
Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
